Most new apartments in Tbilisi are handed over as a white or green frame. We check the shell before you accept the keys, while fixing it is still the developer's job.

What matters in Tbilisi

A shell, not a finished flat: White frame and green frame are handed over with different work done. We check what your contract says should be there, and how well it's built.
Area on paper and between the walls: We measure every room with a laser and compare it with the contract, so a missing square metre is found before you sign.
Renovation comes next: Problems are cheaper to fix before the walls are covered. When the renovation is done, we can check the contractor's work too.
